TEKKO BUILDING Group is one of the first companies to enter the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, now widely recognized as a global center for manufacturing. In 2011, TEKKO BUILDING Group and Masuoka Gumi Co., Ltd., jointly invested in establishing TM Vietnam Development Company Limited (TMVD), a real estate development company in Hai Duong City, capital of an industrialized province in the eastern part of the Hanoi Capital Region.
In October 2013, TMVD opened a serviced apartment, Hai Duong Garden, providing quality accommodations for Japanese expatriates working in nearby industrial parks. This was the country's first serviced apartment wholly owned by Japanese investors. As the in-house Japanese restaurant opened to offer a taste of home shows, we strive to create and provide a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for Japanese expatriates.
In Cambodia, TEKKO BUILDING Group invested in Ohana Masuoka Development Co., Ltd. (OMD). Established in the capital Phnom Penh in 2014, this real estate development joint venture engages in the acquisition and development of residential properties with the aim of improving living environment and contributing to Cambodian economic development and growth.
In addition, we acquired Masuoka Asia Property Service Co., Ltd. (M.A.P.S.), the group real estate service subsidiary which provides services of efficient development planning, land acquisition, construction, and sale of developed properties.

TM Vietnam Development Company Limited (TMVD) developed, owns, manages, and operates a serviced apartment complex "Hai Duong Garden" in Hai Duong City, 57km east of the capital Hanoi, where large-scale industrial parks are located nearby.

Ohana Home Japan and Tekko Building Co., Ltd. jointly invested in OMD to pursue real estate transactions, development, advisory services and other real estate-related businesses in Cambodia.
